4. Product Authenticity & Materials
Our dolls are manufactured by WMDolls, an authorized workshop, using premium body-safe, non-toxic materials (such as TPE, S-TPE, or silicone, depending on the product). As each doll is handmade, slight variations in makeup and color, and a 1–3 cm measurement tolerance, are normal and not defects. You will receive pre-shipment photos to confirm details.
5. User Content
Any material you submit (e.g., reference images for customization) must be lawful and must not infringe any third party's rights. You grant us a non-exclusive license to use such material solely to fulfill your order. We reserve the right to remove any unlawful content.
6. Acceptable Use
You must not use this website unlawfully or fraudulently; transmit malware; conduct automated scraping or data harvesting; or send unsolicited commercial messages.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OUDIM LLC shall not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
