Shipping Policy
1. Discreet Packaging
Every order ships in plain, unmarked packaging. Neither the box, the shipping label, nor your billing statement reveals the contents or any sensitive product name. Where available, an adult-signature service is added to protect delivery.
2. Processing & Delivery Time
- In-stock dolls: dispatched within 1–3 weeks.
- Custom dolls: production takes approximately 3–6 weeks before dispatch.
- Estimated delivery after dispatch: 2–5 weeks worldwide. Times are estimates and may vary with customs and carrier.
3. Pre-Shipment QC Photos
Before your doll leaves the workshop, we send real quality-check photos so you can confirm the details. Your doll ships only after your confirmation.
4. Tracking
A tracking number is provided once your order ships, so you can follow its journey to your door.
5. Customs & Duties
For international orders, any import taxes or customs duties are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
6. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or is marked delivered but not received, contact us at hello@yumedol.me and we will help investigate with the carrier.
